• Transparency by default. Everyone can see everything, unless there is a reason why they shouldn't.
• If it's not documented, it does not exist.

What are our practices in this area? What do we actually do?

• We chose to not share salary information because we read that doing so does not make people happy.
• For tasks and projects, we use a task management tool Asana
